project description: 

creating design language along with the small kitchen appliances reflects a specific brand identity. 

brand motto:

“everything you seek”

 

user group:

a young couple (25 - 38)

both working

high income

live in villa

love sport, healthy living

 

at the beginning of the project, the user group has been determined firstly and tutors wanted us to create a brand motto regarding the product family. design characteristics have been generated by taking into consideration the user group. keywords were expressed with images and reflected the inspiration of the brand identity and where does it come from. 

 

the product family comprises 3 pieces that are kettle, toaster, and juicer.  dynamic lines, high-quality materials, and multifunctionality are the key identifiers of the product family.

design process:

throughout the design process, reflecting a dynamic character was quite significant. in order to add dynamism on appliances, the unity of the body has been tried to separate by using linear elements in the lower body. at the same time, this effort was giving some sporty style to the appliances due to the user group preferences. 

features of product:

1. easy to read water level indicator. 

2. push-up cover.

3. four different temperature settings.

4. the place to store the cord under the kettle. 

5. 1.6 L, 2400 Watt.

4. slide-out crumb tray.
