I am a design researcher who is interested in interaction design, social innovation, and design beyond humanism at Futurewell research group, Koç University. I greatly desire thinking, researching, and creating value for humans, nonhuman animals, and particular communal problems to design a more sustainable, egalitarian society and future. currently, I work on analysing human-centric approaches toward nonhuman animals we live together. I believe that everybody can design and take part in the creation process, especially when the concern is common goods. that’s why I love reading and watching fantasy, dystopian, and sci-fi to expand my perspective to think about other possibilities. as a designer, we have the power to contribute to shaping the design’s purpose and future potential, however, we need to do that all together.
